i'm still recovering after the raging memorial weekend that brought six, yes six, of my old OC pals from the elementary school days to new york city. i'm sore in places that i didn't know drinking so heavily could make you sore, and my head is still stuck in a muddle of sorts. interestingly enough, beer is the only thing that can soothe my aches and clear my mind. the cycle continues. the reunion was a success, the boys haven't really changed too much and it's nice to know that none of us are in a real rush to become proper adults. disappointed that no one got naked this time. did i just reveal too much?
the picture on the right was taken in the lobby of nbc studios. coincidentaly, or perhaps it was written in the cosmos, these are two of pj's greatest all-time loves (i come nowhere close in the ranking) shopped shoulder to shoulder amongst many other nbc characters of reality and fiction. when she was in the sixth grade she would write macgyver (richard dean anderson) letters addressing him as rick ('cause they're real tight like that), declaring that she was his biggest fan and asking him for advice on boys. for real. i think she might kill me for telling you this.
